  1. Terms of order and delivery
    Oppiko Oy reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms of agreement without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms of agreement valid and accepted at the time of order, which are displayed on the Terms of order and delivery -page of the store.oppiko.com online store.     Oppiko Oy’s online store store.oppiko.com is a safe and easy way to purchase high-quality pedagogical materials designed and manufactured in Finland and to purchase Oppiko Akatemia® ’s training courses.

  3. Ordering
    Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart, providing the required customer information and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the current terms and conditions of delivery and order.
  4. Payment and payment methods
    Visma Pay and Klarna are the payment services. The most common payment options available through Visma Pay are online banking payments, card payments, wallet services and invoice or installment payment.

    Product prices are in euros (EUR) and include the current VAT.
    We reserve the right to correct and revise prices due to technical and human errors. We also reserve the right not to deliver the order if there has been a price error in the product information (e.g. the product has no price at all).

    Visma Pay

Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. Visma Payments Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

Payment methods
With Visma Pay you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Siirto, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.
OP Lasku: A flexible invoice payment method. OP Lasku serves all Finnish banks’ customers. Suitable for online purchases of up to 5000 € with an interest-free payment term of 45 days. The instalment option adds flexibility to purchases. Your purchases are visible in one place so you can easily keep track of them. Invoices are sent to you by email.   1. Order and payment confirmation
    Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email (if address is provided), which shows your order information (applies to online store orders). Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation in case you need to contact us later, as the order number will speed up the processing of your order. Also check that the contents of the received shipment match the products in the order confirmation.

  2. Delivery methods and costs
    Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. The delivery methods used depend on the contents of the shopping cart and the total weight. You can choose the option that best suits you from the delivery methods available at checkout, in which the exact delivery cost is presented. We will charge a delivery cost for uncollected orders.
  3. Delivery time
    Our most common delivery times within Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Products in stock are shipped as quickly as possible, generally within 1-3 business days of ordering. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are stated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart and we will also inform you of any possible delays as soon as possible after ordering.
    We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect disadvantages caused by delays. Such obstacles are considered to be unforeseen circumstances or circumstances that Oppiko Oy has not been able to influence through its actions and which cannot be reasonably resolved. Oppiko Oy informs about abnormal delivery times on its website.
  4. Right of exchange and return
    Our products have a 14-day right of return. If you are dissatisfied with the product and want to return the product or receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at info@oppiko.fi . Oppiko Oy will replace any defective products with a new equivalent product for the customer, covering the shipping costs resulting from the exchange. The returned product must always be completely unused and carefully packed for shipment in the original packaging. The customer will receive the refund (price of the product/products, excluding postage) via Visma Pay or Klarna according to the payment method chosen. We will charge the shipping cost for uncollected orders. The customer pays the postage for the return. The 14-day right of return does not apply to downloadable products (no right of return after delivery of the link/e-mail) or the training programs (the reservation fee is non-refundable). Exceptions to the 14-day right of return are also mentioned in the information page of the product.
  5. Problem situations
    If the product is lost or damaged during transport or it does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right to exchange and return -section (8). If the package is clearly damaged in transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the transport company of your chosen delivery method.
  6. Cancelling an order, defect liability and reclamations
    The customer has right to cancel an order before the order is dispatched. The cancellation must be done by writing an e-mail to the customer support of the online shop ( info@oppiko.fi ).
    The online shop is liable for defects in the sold products according to the applicable law. Please contact the customer support of the online shop immediately in a case of reclamation. The preferable method of resolving disagreements is negotiation. The consumer has a right to file a dispute in the Consumer Disputes Board in a case of dispute between the online shop and the consumer.
